We do not accept returns on digital items.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on physical unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us with five (5) days of receipt of item at (210) 637-7900 with details of the product, purchase date, receipt (invoice) number, and the defect.
