There are many aspects of leadership. My focus is on employee engagement. I believe leaders have a role in creating an environment where employees want to work, and employees have a role to show up with their own level of engagement. The focus of my work as a professional speaker, trainer, consultant, and author is on these two aspects of building a culture of engagement.
