Integrated Approach


The creation of an engaged culture is a shared responsibility. Leaders have a responsibility to build a culture where employees want to work, and employees have a responsibility to show up in the right state of mind. Based on this shared responsibility, the development of an engaged culture requires an integrated approach. An effective employee engagement initiative must include everyone in the organization, with each employee making a contribution. It requires a company-wide approach.

Multiple Deliverables


Classroom learning is important, and it is a major component of what we offer. In order to adjust to limitations from COVID-19 restrictions, we have built a studio to deliver professional virtual presentations and pre-record programs when live classroom learning is not possible. The activities that take place before and after classroom (or virtual) learning often determine the likelihood of real change. Based on that, Verbalocity offers multiple deliverables, including keynote speaking, coaching, assessment coordination, web tools, facilitation, books, and general leadership consulting. This array of deliverables allows an organization to take steps to enhance the culture while being respectful of development budgets within the organization.

There are plenty of leadership training companies. Some offer custom programs, and some offer off-the-shelf programs. We pride ourselves on the high level of customization for each client. We do this for two reasons. One, it’s how we increase the likelihood of realizing tangible results. And two, we want to build relationships with our clients.
