The creation of an engaged culture is a shared responsibility. Based on this shared responsibility, developing an engaged culture requires an integrated approach that focuses on the mindset of employees and the skillset of leaders. An effective employee engagement initiative must include everyone in the organization, with each employee contributing. It requires a company-wide approach.
Classroom learning is essential and a significant component of what we offer. To adjust to changing workplaces with remote and hybrid employees, we have built a studio to deliver virtual presentations and pre-record programs when live classroom learning is not possible. The activities before and after classroom (or virtual) learning often determine the likelihood of real change. Based on that, Verbalocity offers multiple deliverables, including keynote speaking, coaching, assessment coordination, web tools, facilitation, books, and general leadership consulting. This array of deliverables allows an organization to take steps to enhance the culture while being respectful of development budgets within the organization.

We place a high priority on giving back to the community. Our focus is supporting the First Chance Foundation, a private 501(c)3 non-profit foundation established to support soundly-managed, non-profit organizations on the frontline every day, nurturing and developing disadvantaged children.
