THE DELIVERABLES
There is no “magic pill” or quick fix to create a culture of engagement. It requires a commitment from the top of the organization, and a willingness to include employees at all levels of the organization. Each of the deliverables offered by Verbalocity can stand alone as tools to help build a culture of engagement.
We offer keynote speaking services by leadership keynote speaker Clint Swindall, a regular speaker at corporate conferences and trade association conventions (both in-person and virtual). As a recipient of the Certified Speaking Professional designation, the speaking profession’s international measure of professional platform competence, Clint is among the top echelon of professional speakers. This international designation is held by just 17 percent of members of the National Speakers Association worldwide.

In order to determine a benchmark for leadership development, we administer our own online Employee Engagement Survey (EES) that measures against the Engaged Leadership model, the foundation of the leadership development offered by Verbalocity.
To ensure steps are being taken to improve based on feedback from a 360° assessment, we schedule monthly Accountability Sessions with leadership development participants. These sessions are held personally by Verbalocity founder and leadership keynote speaker Clint Swindall.
A critical aspect of ongoing leadership beyond a training session is specific feedback from a 360° assessment. We take advantage of the decades of research of The Leadership Circle, and the certification given through CCE (approved by International Coach Federation). With the certification we can administer the Leadership Circle Profile, Manager Edition, Leadership Culture Survey, and Follow-Thru Tool in conjunction with our leadership development initiatives.
We offer leadership training based on the leadership platform, Engaged Leadership. While often delivered as a stand-alone event, it also is part of Verbalocity’s leadership development program, Engage! In addition to the flagship program of Engaged Leadership, Clint Swindall recognizes that some leaders now have accountability for remote workers for the first time. He offers a new program on leading remote workers as leaders take on this new responsibility of holding people accountable in a remote world.
We offer webinars and pre-recorded videos when appropriate to build on an existing leadership development program. We recognize that face-to-face meetings are not always practical with COVID-19 restrictions and encourage clients to find ways to utilize our webinar and pre-recorded offerings as reinforcement. As an effective virtual keynote speaker, Clint Swindall uses those skills to produce meaningful video tools.
The founder of Verbalocity, Clint Swindall, is the author of three leadership books --- two originally published by John Wiley & Sons, and his latest published by Thirteen Stories Publishing. Engaged Leadership: Building a Culture to Overcome Employee Disengagement addresses the leader’s role in employee engagement, and Living for the Weekday: What Every Employee and Boss Needs to Know about Enjoying Work and Life addresses the employee’s role. His latest book, Tell Me Somethin' Good!: A Simple Guide to Overcoming Negativity addresses the power of choice we all have in overcoming the negativity around us.
